Circle Time Policies

TUITION & ENROLLMENT

Sessions & Enrollment

  • The year is divided into four sessions: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.

  • Families must re-enroll for each session.

  • Enrollment reserves a student’s place in class.

Tuition & Payments

  • Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

  • Full tuition is required to hold a student’s spot.

  • Tuition may be prorated only when a student begins classes mid-month.

  • Tuition is not transferable from one month to another due to missed classes or poor attendance.

  • Tuition credits and refunds are not provided for missed classes.

  • All tuition, registration fees, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Discounts

  • A 10% sibling discount is available for immediate family members enrolled at the same time and is automatically applied at checkout.

MAKE-UP CLASSES

Monthly Enrolled Students

  • Make-up classes are available to students who are actively enrolled in a monthly program.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if a class will be missed in order for a make-up to be arranged.

  • Each student may receive up to two make-up classes per enrollment period.

  • Make-up classes must be used within 30 days of the missed class.

  • All make-ups must be scheduled in advance with the office and are subject to availability.

  • Make-ups may only be taken during months in which the student is enrolled.

Drop-In Students

  • Drop-in classes are non-refundable and do not include make-up classes.

  • With at least 24 hours’ notice, a missed drop-in class may be issued a one-time class credit to be used toward a future drop-in within 30 days.

  • Drop-in credits may not be transferred, extended, or rescheduled.

General Information

  • Tuition covers four classes per calendar month. If Circle Time closes on a fifth class in a month, no make-up will be offered.

  • Make-up classes and credits are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

SIBLING DISCOUNT

  • A 10% sibling discount is offered for all classes.

  • For Parent & Me Pods, siblings under six months of age may attend at no charge.

PERMISSION & PICK-UP

  • Students must be picked up by an adult listed on the child’s Sawyer account.

  • Student work, images, or videos may occasionally appear on the Circle Time website, brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media, or other promotional materials.

  • If you do not wish for your child’s image, information, or artwork to be used, please provide a written request to the office.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Circle Time maintains all credit card and personal information in strict confidentiality.

  • We do not sell or share your information. It is used solely for tuition and supply payments within the studio.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any appropriate reason.

ILLNESS POLICY

  • For the health and safety of our community, we cannot permit sick children to attend class.

  • Children may not attend class if they have had a fever within the past five (5) days.

  • Our make-up policy is in place to support families when illness prevents attendance.
