Circle Time Glendora Policies
PROGRAM INFORMATION
Circle Time Glendora offers small-group Parent & Me enrichment classes and educational learning pods for children ages 1–6 years old. Our programs are designed to support early childhood development through play-based learning, sensory exploration, creativity, movement, and age-appropriate educational experiences.
Certain classes may require parent or caregiver participation or onsite presence depending on the child’s age, developmental needs, and class format.
TUITION & ENROLLMENT
Sessions & Enrollment
The year is divided into four enrollment sessions: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.
Enrollment reserves a student’s place in class for the selected session. Families must re-enroll for each new session.
Tuition & Payments
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month unless otherwise stated.
Full tuition payment is required to reserve and maintain enrollment in class.
Tuition may be prorated only when a student begins mid-month and space is available.
Tuition is not transferable between months due to absences, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or missed classes.
All tuition, registration fees, drop-in purchases, credits, and gift cards are non-refundable.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
A 10% sibling discount is available for immediate family members enrolled at the same time and is automatically applied at checkout when applicable.
For Parent & Me classes, siblings under six months of age may attend at no additional charge.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
Monthly Enrolled Students
Make-up classes are available for actively enrolled students only.
Families are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for absences whenever possible.
Each student may receive up to two make-up classes per enrollment period, subject to availability.
Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance and used within 30 days of the missed class.
Make-up classes may only be used while the student remains actively enrolled.
Drop-In Classes
Drop-in classes are non-refundable and do not include guaranteed make-up classes.
When at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, a one-time class credit may be issued for a future drop-in class within 30 days, subject to availability.
Credits may not be transferred, extended, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
General Information
Tuition covers four classes per calendar month unless otherwise stated.
If Circle Time closes for a scheduled fifth class in a month, no make-up class or tuition adjustment will be provided.
Make-up classes and credits are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
ARRIVAL, PARTICIPATION & PICK-UP
Parents and caregivers are encouraged to actively participate in Parent & Me classes and family-centered enrichment experiences.
Children participating in independent or small-group enrichment sessions may only be released to authorized adults listed on the student’s Sawyer account.
Families are responsible for ensuring that all emergency contacts, medical information, allergy information, and authorized pick-up contacts remain current and accurate.
HEALTH & ILLNESS POLICY
For the health and well-being of our community, children who are ill may not attend class.
Children should remain home if they have:
a fever within the past 24 hours,
vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours,
contagious symptoms,
unexplained rash,
severe coughing,
or any illness that prevents comfortable participation in class activities.
Children must be fever-free for at least 24 hours without fever-reducing medication before returning to class.
Families are encouraged to use available make-up options when illness prevents attendance.
CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS
Circle Time is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all children, families, and staff.
Children are expected to participate safely and respectfully within the classroom environment. If a child’s behavior becomes unsafe, excessively disruptive, or requires support beyond the scope of the program, staff may request caregiver assistance or discuss alternative placement options with the family.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Circle Time reserves the right to cancel, combine, modify, or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor illness, emergencies, facility needs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Families will be notified as soon as possible regarding any schedule changes or cancellations.
MEDIA & PHOTO RELEASE
Circle Time Glendora may occasionally photograph or document classroom activities, student projects, and learning experiences for use on our website, newsletters, brochures, flyers, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
If you prefer that your child’s image, first name, artwork, or classroom participation not be included in promotional materials, please submit a written request to the office, and we will gladly honor your preference.

We do not sell or share personal information with outside parties. Information collected is used solely for enrollment, communication, billing, and studio operations.
PARTICIPATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By enrolling in Circle Time programs, families acknowledge that participation in sensory activities, movement activities, and play-based enrichment experiences involves normal childhood activity and interaction.
Parents and caregivers understand that children participate at their own comfort and developmental level and agree to support safe participation as appropriate for the class format.
RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE
Circle Time Glendora reserves the right to refuse or discontinue enrollment when necessary to maintain the safety, well-being, and positive experience of students, families, and staff.
